شرح كتاب علم المقاصد الشرعية

ندرس مادة مقاصد الشريعة من كتاب "علم المقاصد الشرعية" للكاتب: الدكتور نور الدين الخادمي.

من خلال هذه الدروس سيبين المدرِّس محاسن الشريعة، ومآل الأحكام، وأهداف الشارع في وضع الشريعة ابتداء، والغاية التي ينبغي للمجتهد أن ينحو نحوها في الاجتهاد.

وكذلك ستتم الإجابة على الأسئلة الآتية:

ما مقاصد الشريعة؟
هل الأحكام معللة؟
لماذا وُضعت الشريعة؟
ماذا على المكلَّف تجاه مقاصد الشريعة؟
وهل للشريعة أهداف ترجع الى تحقيق مصالح العباد في الدنيا والآخرة؟

We study the subject of Maqasid al-Shari'ah (Objectives of Islamic Law) from the book "'Ilm al-Maqasid al-Shar'iyyah" by the author: Dr. Nur al-Din al-Khadimi.

Through these lessons, the instructor will clarify the merits of Shari'ah, the ultimate ends (outcomes) of rulings, the objectives of the Lawgiver in enacting the Shari'ah initially, the goal that the Mujtahid (scholar who performs ijtihad - independent reasoning) should aim for in their ijtihad.

The following questions will also be answered:

What are the objectives of the Shari'ah?
Are rulings rationally justified?
Why was the Shari'ah enacted?
What is the duty of the legally accountable person regarding the objectives of the Shari'ah?
