Course Objective:
Take this course and learn the Islamic guidelines on what is permissible and what is prohibited in most of the everyday situations that you are likely to encounter in your life. With clarity of the limits of Allah the Exalted in each matter, we have a road map to attaining Allah’s pleasure.

This course discusses common aspects of our daily life in the light of the Sacred law, such as: eating halal food, earning halal income, proper dress, interacting with the opposite gender, guarding your gaze, and guarding your tongue.

Shaykh Khazen Zaoud
Teacher
Khazen Zaoud began his journey of sacred knowledge by memorising the Qur’an in Australia under the guidance of Shaykh Abdul Moez & Shaykh Abdul Kareem Newman. In 2005, he travelled to Yemen where he studied for a year at a branch of Dar al-Mustafa. He then moved to Damascus, Syria, and pursued formal studies at Ma’had al-Fath al-Islami, graduating in 2011 with a focus on Arabic and the Sharia sciences, and receiving an ijazah in Qur’an.
Returning to Australia in 2012, he served as the Imam of Lakemba Musalla for several years and taught at Rissalah College in Lakemba. He now continues to teach and serve the community at Daar Ibn Abbas.
