Overview
The Fasting course is designed to help participants make the most of the blessed month of Ramaḍān by learning how to fast with clarity, confidence, and sound understanding. The course combines practical legal rulings with reflection on the purpose and inner dimensions of fasting, enabling attendees to approach this act of worship with both knowledge and sincerity.
Participants will gain a clear understanding of how to observe the fast correctly, while also appreciating its deeper spiritual meanings and benefits.
Course Focus
This course covers the rulings of fasting according to the Ḥanafī school of law, alongside an exploration of the wisdom, objectives, and transformative impact of fasting on the believer.
Emphasis is placed on:
- Knowing how to fast correctly and avoid common errors
- Understanding the purpose and benefits of fasting
- Developing a deeper connection to fasting as an act of worship
