تقدّم دورة دورة فرض العين المعارف الأساسية من فرض العين التي يحتاج إليها كلّ مسلم، وذلك باللغة العربية. وقد صُمِّمت الدورة لتناسب المتعلمين في مختلف المراحل، فهي مناسبة للمبتدئين كما تفيد من يسعى إلى المراجعة والتعمّق في الفهم. ويتيح المنهج للطلاب ترسيخ الأساسيات مع التدرّج نحو تناولها بمزيد من التفصيل.

- الإيمان – العقيدة
- الإسلام – الفقه
- الإحسان – التربية (تزكية النفس)
- تُدرَّس كلٌّ من هذه المواد الثلاث في حصص أسبوعية مدّتها نحو خمسين دقيقة.
The Essentials of Islam course aims to inform and educate students in Arabic on the Essential Knowledge (Farḍ ʿAyn) required by every Muslim as outlined in the well-known Ḥadīth of Jibrīl (ʿalayhi as-salām): Īmān – ʿAqīdah (Creed), Islām – Fiqh (Jurisprudence) and Iḥsān – Tarbiyah (Purification of the Self).
Important Notice
Due to Ramaḍān, this course will run as a five-week term, consisting of three weeks before Ramaḍān and two weeks after.

- Day & Time: Wednesdays 6:30pm – 9:00pm
- Duration: 5 weeks (3 weeks before Ramaḍān, 2 weeks after)

- Tarbiyah: Al-Lumaʿ fī al-Taṣawwuf by Imām Abū Naṣr al-Sarrāj al-Ṭūsī
- Fiqh: Nūr al-Īḍāḥ wa-Najātu al-Arwāḥ by Imām Ḥasan ibn ʿAmmār al-Shurunbulālī al-Ḥanafī
- ʿAqīdah: Umm al-Barāhīn by Imām Muḥammad ibn Yūsuf al-Sanūsī

Shaykh Abdul Moez Nafti
Director
Shaykh Abdul Moez is the founder and director of Daar Ibn Abbas. He studied for nine years in various countries around the world after completing his high school education in French.
The countries he studied in include: Tunisia [Zaytuna University]; Syria (Muhaddith Al-Akbar Institute, Al Fath Institute); Egypt (Al-Azhar University - Faculty of Tafseer). After completing his degree in Islamic studies, he specialised in the Sciences of Hadith – Prophetic traditions (Syria) and the sciences of the Noble Qur'an (Egypt).
In 2005 Sh. Abdul Moez has successfully completed a course in the English Language: English for further Study and English for Academic purposes, as well as Australian Society and Culture. He also studied Secular Law.
Shaykh Abdul Moez continues his studies and gives regular lessons throughout the week.
